Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Set up projects after contract award
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, estimates, and project requirements
• Develop project schedules and installation plans
• Coordinate material procurement and lead times
• Coordinate equipment, deliveries, trucking, staging, and logistics
• Schedule and manage field crews
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Communicate with General Contractors, owners, inspectors, and other project stakeholders
• Attend project meetings when required
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track labor, materials, project costs, and schedule
• Monitor project budgets and profitability
• Identify potential problems early and develop solutions
• Assist field crews when necessary to keep projects moving
• Manage punch-list work
• Coordinate inspections
• Complete warranties and project closeout documentation
