We are looking for skilled, detail-oriented fabricators who can take a drawing or set of plans and turn it into a finished product accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Read shop drawings, architectural plans, and construction details
Layout, measure, cut, fit, weld, and assemble fabricated components
Fabricate gates, ornamental fencing, railings, frames, and miscellaneous steel
Experience with MIG welding, grinding, cutting, drilling, and fabrication equipment
Maintain accurate dimensions, tolerances, alignment, and finish quality
Identify potential fabrication or field conflicts before they become problems
Coordinate with Project Managers and field crews
Maintain an organized and efficient work area
Properly maintain tools and equipment
Follow company safety procedures

We are looking for experienced construction estimators who understand that estimating is more than performing a takeoff. A strong estimator understands how the project will actually be built.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Previous construction estimating experience
Review plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs
Develop material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and project costs
Understand labor productivity and crew requirements
Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
Maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors
Prepare proposals and bid documentation
Strong spreadsheet and computer skills
Experience with estimating and takeoff software
Identify scope gaps, exclusions, risks, and unusual project requirements
Manage multiple bids and deadlines
Track bid results and assist with improving estimating accuracy

Public Works Experience Preferred

Knowledge of California public works construction, prevailing wage, DIR requirements, bid bonds, payment/performance bonds, specifications, and public contracting requirements is a strong plus.

What We're Looking For

An estimator who can combine numbers with real construction knowledge and understand scope, labor productivity, risk, and how a project will be executed in the field.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Set up projects after contract award
Review contracts, plans, specifications, estimates, and project requirements
Develop project schedules and installation plans
Coordinate material procurement and lead times
Coordinate equipment, deliveries, trucking, staging, and logistics
Schedule and manage field crews
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Communicate with General Contractors, owners, inspectors, and other project stakeholders
Attend project meetings when required
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Track labor, materials, project costs, and schedule
Monitor project budgets and profitability
Identify potential problems early and develop solutions
Assist field crews when necessary to keep projects moving
Manage punch-list work
Coordinate inspections
Complete warranties and project closeout documentation

What We're Looking For

A Project Manager who takes ownership and understands that successful project management requires controlling schedule, cost, quality, communication, procurement, and field execution. We want someone who solves problems before they become expensive problems.
